Founded in the summer of 2023 by Molly-Anne Gimson, Pigs In… was built on a passion for great food and a commitment to supporting British farming. Every item on our menu is centred around high quality pork, hand reared by Molly on her family’s outdoor pig farm. We’re proud to champion British farmers by using locally sourced, quality ingredients.

Every dish is carefully crafted to showcase just how delicious pork can be—from our juicy homemade pork burgers and slow-cooked pulled pork to our loaded fries that are worth chasing the van for.

What started as a converted Sinclair horse trailer has grown into two mobile kitchens. Since expanding in 2026, you’ll now spot both our original horse trailer and our catering van at bustling pub nights, private parties, weddings, festivals, and seasonal markets, serving fresh, flavour packed food wherever we go.
